15-year-old Alex has suffered physical attacks by negative spirits that have sent him to the emergency room. Sensitive Chris Fleming and therapist Edy Nathan introduce Alex to 17-year-old Jennifer who is plagued by the spirits she sees daily. She's unable to share her deep fears with her family, which makes her feel isolated. Both kids long to control their abilities and use them in a positive way. They get the chance when they join local authorities in a missing person investigation, gathering psychic information about a teenage boy who walked away from a park in Texas and has not been seen since.
