Pam fights with Ray over the custody of little Julio while at night she fights off the advances of her new husband Richard Lovechild. Matron hires the unwitting assistance of her adoring Slabb in a plot to murder Lovechild. Falsely believing that the hospital is now hers, Matron gloats while in the operating theatre below Dr Lovechild assists Warren to rebuild and reanimate his dead girlfriend Effie.
