FAN finds it profitable and persuades KIU in having consignment with DONG. KIU, falling for FAN, certainly agrees. LIN’S wife, SHI, superstitious in fortune telling, especially believes TUNG, a con man. Annoyed by DONG’S matter, BO goes with SHI to visit TUNG. PANG’S men collect a variety of fees in the fish market which makes the public angry but JOE can do nothing about it.
